The reception staff was on the ball and very fast, which is important as I had a busy day ahead of me. The guestroom was good sized, good for working in, and well serviced. The hotel was convenient to the metro as well as places to eat. The staff didn't mind looking after my bags, even after I had checked out.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night because it was close to an activity that we were attending. It was clean and quiet and the facilities are updated. The personnel are very professional and competent. The breakfast room is well stocked and offers a variety of choices. The bedroom is big and clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The covered parking is in the inside courtyard area and safe. We will definitely stay in this hotel in the future since the Metro station is only a couple of blocks away and the Ballston Mall is convenient and close.
