His presidential mansion was located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

White House Tours -
Tours of the White House are free and open to the public, except during times of war. Requests for a White House tour must be placed through an individual's member of Congress or through one's embassy in Washington, DC.Make sure to plan ahead carefully - tour requests must be made at least 30 days in advance and no more than 6 months in advance. Tours take place in the morning, but the White House Visitors Center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
